del sol front bumper

hey found a 97 front bumper a del sol and i have a 94 si del sol with the auxilary lights... will it bolt up perfectly after taken out the lights or do i need to modify anything?

k cause i got a offer to paint match it for 250 which sounds go to me... taken it off and installing it 2
