hey im new to this thing n i was just wondering if u guys got a kit for a d17 vtec sohc that would pass VA emissions? please get back to me or someone. i am in need of another turbo because the races will be here soon and NOS will only get me so far. please help!!!

interested in a sc61 with 63 a/r and E cover due to inline pro manifold...but wondering which one you would suggest (52,69,76) for a 9:1 83mm b18c5 with stock typre r head. Looking for a ton of top end and full spool by 5500 (bit of a hwy monster if ya will).
