my 99 civic ex burns out oil like crazy. I'm down to my last drop of oil every 2000 miles, this is not normal. I have just a short ram intake, whats wrong with my car.

 

Do a compression test. Nobody's going to be able to diagnose your problem over the net with the description you just gave.
Is it smoking? Could be valve seals, bent valves or bad rings. Take your pick.
Step one would be a compression test.
