ping sounds 98 civic
My civic is making a slight "pingy" sound upon 75-100% throttle. Almost totally stock. I/h/e. What is going on? You have to have the windows down and radio down to hear it. Its slight.

Is it rattling, whining, Define Ping
Also, try popping ur hood and listening, follow the problem. Could even be a heat shield from your cat conv or header.
