Got ITR outer valve springs and retainers, now what for inners?
I'm going to be going with a ctr cam setup this summer and I just got a set of ITR outer valve springs and retainers. I want to know what kind of inner springs I should get. I was thinking about Portflows. What do you guys think? What kind of safe redline would that give me?
Thanks
Thanks
portflow is too stiff for CTR cams. Get some ITR inners.
Since you have a GSR, your intake side of valve springs is the same as the ITR exhaust side. Move your intake side to your exhaust side and use itr intake for the intake side.
Since you already have the outers, all you need is 8 inners. Oh wow, what a coincidence, i have 8 JDM ITR inner valve springs (15% stiffer than USDM inner valve springs) lying around. Leave me a message if you're interested.
edit: go with the stock R redline, you won't be making power anywhere higher.

OK, so the inner AND outer springs on the intake side of a GS-R are the same as the exhaust on an ITR? How much do you want for the eight inner springs?
