Getting a 94 lude....
So i was at this party this weekend and i saw basicly what i thought was a shell in the guys driveway so i went up and asked him about it and he basicly said the motor wasn't running and he wanted to get rid of it for a good price. He said the motor would run with a water pump (maybe mabye not i don't care i plan on swaping if it doesn't). So the first thing is how hard is it to change a water pump iv never done it. I have little wrenching time too i have had dirtbikes sence i was a kid and did little things on them here and there never changed a piston or a clutch but i pick up on things deciently quick. I'm sure this is asked over and over again but how hard would a h22 swap be? A Friend of mine (that posts here) has a honda and does swaps in a couple of hours he said it was easy but im not too bright and was just wondering what i need to do on the swap from what he told me is basicly get a full swap motor trany ecu. This post is kinda dumb i guess is there anyone in NE Georgia that could help with the swap lol i don't want a shop doing it i wanna learn my own car as much as possable. With the h23 i could care less really im gonna prob get the car and wrench the **** out of it and then just get rid of it or sell it / give it to someone who wants it. So basicly my question is could someone like me who has never really done a full swap do one on my own? oh btw im talking just my brain my cuz will help but he knows less about wrenching then i do.
BTW. i have my grandfathers picker / tools but he's used to working on older cars so he could help bolt some stuff in but tahts about it.
Thanks for the help

Search for the thread because there is a relly good write-up on it in here some where. Also go to Automotiveforum.com and search for H22 swap, because that page has a very detailed write-up as well.
