Default Darton Sleeves

i was just looking on the darton sleeve website to get the specs on their sleeves for the h22a. i noticed that they run from 87mm to 90mm.

has anyone got them with 90mm pistons? (i'm sure there are some ppl), and what sort of life can i expect from them bored out to 90mm? 50000miles between new sleeves? 100k? 10k? will be a race engine NA (hopefully) putting out close to 300whp. will be driven on the street between meets. i'd guess for every 1000 miles of driving, 50-100 miles of that would be racing.

thanks

Good question. From what I have read, 90mm is 'too thin' and it will not 'last too long.'

You might want to ask this question in the All Motor Forum. Probably get a better response.

To run the 90mm bore you will need the MID Sleeves.

Also, don't even think about running a 90mm bore with a turbo set-up.
