Default Boosting 6th Gen. Accord (98-02) F23 motors - GUIDANCE

Hello all,
I am so glad that I fell into the world of boost recently, and I am now building my first Turbo kit. BUT, I need some guidance from FELLOW 6th gen accord owners...since there really is not Guide for 6th gen accord owners wanting to turbo an F23 motor, while a plethora of info is avail. to 5th gen. accord owners, civics, etc

My ride: 1999 Honda Accord 5spd Sedan - 4cyl F23 motor

My goals:
Spend as LITTLE money as possible to....Attain a 50 - 60hp increase, Daily Driver with Stock F23
motor
(no internal upgrades!)
Spend UNDER $900 - struggling college student!

My Turbo Kit so far: (what i bought thus far...mostly ebayed)

- XS Power T3/T4 (t04e) turbo - .57trim, .63a/r - yeh yeh...i know, this COULD be a lemon turbo
- HKS Jdm style 38mm waste gate w/ flange (ebay)
- Greddy type-s BOV (ebay)
- Manual Boost Controller (ebay)
- 2.5" Intercooler piping kit and 25" x 6" x 3" thick Intercooler (ebay)
- intercooler silicone connectors
- Autometer Oil Pressure and Boost gauge (ebay)
- Pillar 2-gauge Gauge pod (ebay)
- Oil Feed / Return Kit (non-welding kit....tap oil pan kit) (ebay)
- F23 Log-style Turbo Manifold with T3 fitting and wastegate fitting
- Vaccum hoses
- 5-bolt Downpipe Flange
- Going to be making a Downpipe
- Universal AutoTimer / Turbo Timer
- Thermal Heat cloth

Questions....remember, my goals are to make a boosted daily driver with Stock F23 motor

(1) Do i need to get a 255 lph fuel pump? or can i use my stock since I just want a little boost (7 - 9psi)
(2) Do i need to get a Fuel Pressure Regulator?
(3) are Bigger fuel injectors necessary? If so...then does the resistor box install the same as non-6th gen accords, OBD I cars, etc...
(4) Most recommended and cheapest effective solution for Fuel Mgmt / Engine Mgmt / etc...for those who have successfully boosted their 6th gen accord F23 motors

What kinds of things should future 6th gen F23 owners look out for when boosting their cars?
Tips? Advice? Experiences? Your Turbo setup for Your 6th gen accord?

NOTE: Please post replies specifically concerning 6th gen. f23 accords...if I wanted to know about 5th gen F22 setups, D-series, B-series, etc. then I wouldn't have to post here since so much info is out there.

Also, please remember that I know the components which are needed to make a turbo kit...since So much info. is already on the forums...BUT, I want advice, tips, info. concerning 6th gen. F23 turbo setups.

THANKS ALL. and Please sticky this if it becomes Informational.

A few more questions.
(1) For you 6th gen. acccord Boosters. What did you guys do for the O2 sensor? What fuel mgmt option did you take?
(2) How to counteract the o2 sensor on the cat if i chose NOT to go OBD I.
(3) Most recommended and cheapest effective solution for Fuel Mgmt / Engine Mgmt / etc...for those who have successfully boosted their 6th gen accord F23 motors

Basically...what would you guys recommend as the BEST and Cheapest Effective Fuel Mgmt solution?

1 - no but it's cheap insurance and I recommend it
2 - no you do not I'm running 750cc injectors on my stock fuel rail/FPR
3 - YES 100% necessary. get saturated injectors and you don't need a resistor box
4 - cheap + fuel management don't mix very well but if you convert to OBD1 you can run chrome or uberdata and it won't cost much.

OBD1 conversion does have a hiccup - you'll also need to convert to a 2-wire IACV.

My 6th gen accord has been boosted for 4+ years now, with quite a few problems along the way. Happy to help out if you have more questions. -B

1 - wideband o2 - techedge 2a0
2 - just leave it there it will be fine
3 - best and cheapest don't mix. If you want to stay OBD2 you have very few options: FMU, AFC hack (no!), e-manage, or AEM EMS.
