hmm.. could be a relay for a alarm...aftermarket windows switch... uhh... where did it come from.. isnt there a diagram on the other side?

go to any auto store and ask them for a relay for a fog light.. they should have one... and most of them all work the same

pepboys didnt have one, honda dealership didnt have one, drivers image didnt have one.

I hear they are like $50...

anyway, imma try autozone and Lee's Autoparts
