a-spec suspension
I was thinking about getting the a-spec suspension, but when I called the dealership they said I needed to buy the entire a-spec package. I thought they were trying to get me to spend more money, is this true. And is the a-spec suspension good if I want a little stiffer ride. Thanks.
They lied, you can buy the a-spec suspension a la carte. Here is an e-bay seller for you

If that doesn't work the name of the seller is Acura of escondido, they have the suspension for around 600. The a-spec is good if you want a little bit stiffer suspension versus stock and don't mind a mild (I believe around 1.5" drop), so based on what you've said go for them

The A-spec consists of 1" lower and stiffer springs with matched dampeners. It comes all assembled with brand new top mounts and a 1 year warranty. There is no need to modify strut bodies or deal with spring compressors. It is maybe a 2 hour job to switch them out.
