New weld pics, first time how to improve
Anyways its my first time with this welder. I used a flux-core craftsman before..... Anyways im using 25% CO2 and 75% arogone(sp). I dont know the CF cause the freakin gauge is broken
Got a auto darking helment( works great for only 110 bucks).. This is mild steel, i used a wirewheel to clean it up a little.

dont laught at my custom cart lol. Im going to make one soon.

Not bad for just starting. I'm also a first time welder and that looks similar to mine.
OT: How does your epoxy flooring due with the welding sparks? I want to do that in my garage but I'm unsure of it's durability with welding.

Exactly what I was going to say. At least stand the bottle up and tie it to that white shelf with a rope or something. Weld looks especially good for someone who just started welding. You could use a more wire speed though.

Looks good, what gas did you go with?
I have a similar welder and have the mig attachement, different wire and regulator...need to pick up the gas...flux cure = gh3y..

Weld looks good, what PSI did you have the output of the tank set to?
I have the same type of epoxy floor. I weld on it, throw sparks on it from a metal chop saw and a grinder and it doesnt hurt it one bit. I've even spilled acetone on it. Only when I drag something ruff against the floor does it scratch.

I apologize to the thread starter if I go off topic but since everyone is asking I figure I would give them an answer. The product quickgti used it most likey and I'm 100% sure to be H&C Shield-Crete Epoxy Concrete Garage Floor Coating. This stuff is great and can be found at your local Sherwin-Williams or Home Depot like also mentioned.
It comes in a variation of 4 different colors. Here is a link to the product site and specifications: http://www.hcconcrete.com/product/shieldCrete.asp. I work for Sherwin-Williams and I figured I would share the 411.

Good Day,
