depends on your tire.
take a peice of chalk and make a mark on the sidewall going all the way up to the tread. Go around a sharp corner then look at the mark. If the chalk on the side wall is fine, lower your tire pressure. Repeat this untill the chalk gets scuffed and then add one or two psi and thats the pressure those tires will work best at.
