Default New tire design...airless!

Got this in an email from a friend...

Supposedly these tires where at the Philadelphia auto show and have been seen at a Michelin plant in SC...and also supposedly verified by someone with a friend at Michelin.

Comments?

Even if those did perform well, I would never put them on my car! They are extremely horrible looking

they only expose the sides to show how it works, the production models will have a sealed tire, since a rock can just kill the deformable tirespoke.

Will you need to run a certain rim to run these tires? It sure looks like it.

I really don't understand how there would be any performance between this and air other than never getting a flat tire.
