hey i recently just changed out a bent rod and numerous other things from a hydro lock from an AEM cold air that didnt have a bypass and went through a big *** puddle. Anyway i fixed the blown head gasket and bent rod and warped head that resulted from that and now i have a serious overheating problem and a hell of a loss in power. I changed out the thermostat and flushed the coolantsystem but nothing has worked i am going to check the motor with a compression testor but that isnt going to help the overheating problem. Any advice would be very helpful seeing this is my daily driver.

 

How's your radiator?

 

did you change your plugs after all of this? look at all the simple things pistons in ok shape?

 

pistons ok radiator was fine before hydro lock if anyone is willing to come to winter haven this weekend to help i can offer a paintjob or neuspeed springs which ever you prefer.

 

If you had the head milled...it will need it again...if you didn't...shame on you. Your block could also be suspect. The deck can warp.
