It all depends on your goal and how much moolah you have. There are camshafts for many different applications. In addition to camshaft shopping, you should consider higher CP pistons and valvetrain to go along with it.

get some stage 3 cams, crower,web,toda,ect.... for the most part there all good, and a spoon high compression head gasket. u should be able to harness some power with that.

stock valve train will work but i would reccomend the minimum of springs, reatainers, keeper/locks

for goin all motor its alittle odd of a choice.

i had figured you had done SOME research and knew what you where getting into by chosing the torque-less b16.

a good turbo setup would be aftermarket pistons and stock rods, with a nice t3/t4, inj.'s, and some sort of EMS. you could easily make 300hp. off the b16, with quite a bit of torque.

however if you are still set on goin allmotor i would deffinatly choose to refresh your bottom end, new bearings, rings, gaskets and seals. then go buy a b16/or gsr vtec head and build a nice ls/vtec setup.

a turbo b16 given same specs will produce far less torque than ANY turbo b18...

Yah why are you motor swaping a b16? You have an ls integra right? There no need to swap a motor when you could make that power with your motor relatively more cheap with less money than doing a swap.

If your gonna do the trouble of a swap at least do a b20, gsr, or k20 hehe thas prolly out of your budget.

Anyways give more details you can't expect to learn without the research look around and figure out what you want and how much you are going to spend.

you should go with a lsvtec though. Then dicide what you want a drag car, circuit car, auto x (prolly not though you don't really need to mod for that). Figure out what you want then we can point at a cam

yea those dont mix well in an integra...so youre already a step behind...the b16 will be slow...and what do you mean tune out the head?

yes you are going in reverse...the b16 lacks the torque to move your car to anything remotely quick

b16 are good for..................damn i forgot
go ls/vtec...more torque than the crappy 111 lbs of torque and even less at the wheels...just get this....ls/vtecs are faster than most stock gsr's
and b16's are like the scion xb supercharged,a dn trust me there slow

by tuning the head...
i meant by change the camshaft...

maybe even chaging some valves
and springs
