anybody else still waiting for their fit?
I waited all of 2 days for mine.
Did your dealership look at other dealers in the area to try and get what you wanted? My dealership brought my Fit from 320 miles out for me.

I waited 5 seconds for them 2 hand over the keyes, already pre-washed.

Took me about a month and a half before I got mine. Worth the wait though.
The dealers are lazy and you have to do a lot of the work yourself if you don't like waiting.

That's what the dealerships around here say too. They don't even have a 'tester' on the lot. I wouldn't mind waiting if I could at least test drive one to know if this is the right car for me. Because of the delay, I've been looking into other options.

yeah its worth the wait, the fit drives like your average 90's civic (good imho)
more head and shoulder room, and probably almost as much pep as your 90crxSi
you should just order one blind, its worth it.

That's what I've heard but god damn. Buying a car before I drive it? Right...

Bah. It's no big deal.
I bought my Si blind. First one I saw was mine. So I didn't like the seats and the gearing was short as hell, but whatever. I still have the car and never regretted my decision.
Basically, since every review of the Fit is about as positive as can be, the risk seems pretty low--assuming you aren't expecting the thing to have the road manners of an Enzo.

I guess that's true. It also meets about every criteria I'm looking for in my next car. This will be my first new car though, so I need to make sure it's the right one. I'm going to do some more investigating this week to see if they can get one for me to test drive.
My buddy works at the dealership and said he could probably snag the keys to one of the sold ones before the new owner comes in
