Default HF manifold

hey guys i dont drive a crx or EF i actually drive a Ek but for my turbo project im using a HF manifold and i was just wondering if there is a gasket in between the manifold and the cat. any help would be appreciated.

are these expensive at a honda dealer? or can i just use a used one?

if there is a donut gasket it won't work with adapter plate, just bolt it up tight and you should be fine or get a tube of high temp rtv/silicon gasket maker and put some in between..it will be alot cheaper than the hond gasket and work just as well...I bolt my T3 straight to my mani and it didn't leak

ya i need to have an adapter plate cuz im runnin a 14b. but your saying i dont even need a gasket?
