hi evry one my last topic has gone missing and all the info lost i just need to know wat size turbo to go for andd where to take and retern the oil

i want my car as an every day runner and at arround 300 whp on stock internals
and for the boost to come in @roughly 4500 through to 8000 is this too much to ask for ? any help is appreciated thanks
