Car goes Crazy AT 1500 RPm HELP
it happens all the time at 1500 rpm. hot/cold/moving/not moving.
when i give gas and when it reachs 1500 rpm it feels almost like it has a rev limtter at 1500 rpm
so when i start from Zero if i rev it up to pass 1500 .. so like around 3000 and i feather the clutch. then it's ok
but when i bring the rpm slowly and as soon as it hits 1500 rpm the car feels like everything's gonna fall off
same thing happens when i am slowing down with clutch still inguaged and slow down until it hits 1500 rpm. the car goes nuts again.
and it throws
3 (map)
7 (TPS)
14 ( IAC)
codes
any idea?

My guess is the following:
1. Your map & tps plugs are crossed (tps has a red middle wire if i remember correctly)
2. Your iacv is unplugged or not plugged in via the correct 2 wire connector.
Do NOT plug in the wrong 2 wire connector to the Intake Air Temp Sensor or you will destroy your ecu.

i am guessing it's some kind of wiring issue.
but i did have tps and map mixed up before and now it's not
and i get all 3 codes still
can Intake Air Temp Sensor mix up with something else? is it phically possible?

It could be a number of things.
Did the car have a vafc in it ? Was it un-installed properly ? etc...
Its very hard to diagnose a wiring issue without being with the vehicle.

**** . yes my vafc is still hooked up and it was in good working condition before my project and the wiring was never touched

Honestly, it could be anything.
I have a feeling it has something to do with your plugs being mixed up on your motor harness & with your vafc install.

your car has the 1500 "rev limit" due to the code 14 (IACV). pull off the iacv and clean it with carb cleaner. Reset the ecu and if it clears the code your car will rev fine. Also, you probably have a bogging issue when you let off or get on the throttle any time under 40mph, this is also caused by the code 14. I just dealt with the same issues.

yeah that's exactly what's happening to my car right now.
i took the iac today and cleaned it with brush . now the screen is clean.
i checked the voltage going to my iac . so the harness. it reads 0.01 voltage.
i know something's fucdd there. wth

What car, engine, ECU, etc..?
I don't know how you knew the MAP and TPS connectors were switched, switched them back and then ask us where their location is.
On OBD1 ECU's, the IAT and I think an EVAP solenoid shared similar connectors. Plugging one into the other resulted in a couple blown parts in the ECU. I do not know if this is the case with OBD2's IAT and EVAP connectors.

ok. it was the simplest and stupidest mistake ever.
i had the Knock sensor and IAC connectors swiched.
i switched those connectors back and the CEL is gone
but it still kinda surges at idle and sometimes stalls.
now my idle screw is pretty much all the way to the counter clock wise
