Default non reclinable bucket seat question

this is for people who have an f1spec, memory fab, mugen, recaro spg or other 1 piece nonadjustable seat in a crx. how much of a drop from the stock crx seat did you see? my head is 1-2 inches from the roof on my crx and i have smacked my head quite a bit. i even switched my seat out for a NRG recaro SRD replica and no change in height. this is the really big problem that i have with this car. oh, yeah i have an si, so i know that i have even less room then the hf or dx crx's. i have been contemplating selling it to a family member because the height thing is really bothering me. im 6'1". i have searched and didnt really find anything. i have seen pictures (this months honda tuning, and other pics) but it doesnt give a clear picture of how much lower it would be.

My Sparco sprint sat lower than my NRG. You can lower the NRG seats by removing the little "cups" that go in between the seat and bracket.

yeah thats the first think i did was remove the cups. i guess i have a long torso, that must be why i smack my head in both hondas i had, my old gsr and my crx. cool. i guess i need to start looking at the one piece seats. thanks
