Default Will Hondata allow you to....

Turn off your factory airbags?

Turn off ABS?

Turn off you emissions sensor if your are using a race header?

I am not overly familiar with what all Hondata can do and I was over reading the NASA rules and was wondering if Hondata could help me out with some of these things when I get ready to go racing.

Before someone mentions it I know you dont HAVE to turn off the ABS and I am just courious about the emissions situation.

Thanks

no. SRS is controled by it's own computer. you need to remove the bags.

no. pull the fuse or relay that controls the abs.

Won't KPro allow you to turn off the error code from a race header?

it'll fool the ecu into thinking the voltage from the secondary is "OK."

so yes, no CEL will illuminate.

Are you sure that it is CEL specfic, or that you just turn off the CEL indicator completely?

no, it is secondary o2 sensor specific, not an option to turn off the cel.

I've got a jdm k20a-R in the ek (w/RBC, Hytech header w/bung & hondata K-pro)...currently throwing 2 codes.... first is primary o2 (which should work but doesn't) & the second for the secondary o2

I plan on having the first fixed soon (either wiring or sensor) what can I do about the second??? turn off obd-2? guy at shop said if I got it to have no cel - he'd give me an inspection sticker
