ok done searched and could not find anything on an 96 civic armrest in a rex? i found a few threads about putting a da armrest in one but i was wondering if the 96 civic will pretty much be the same instalation lmk

 

it will fit with modifications you need to drill holes and cut the front a bit but it will work, pm doublethink he did this in his crx and has one for sale

i have an armrest from a crx. pm me if you are interested in buying it. it wont fit in my hatch

 

thats tight i never knew of any one doing that?

 

99 si armrest fit right in mine with a little help from a dremel.

 

i use a EK armrest.

i just removed the tabs on the front and put it in place. its really as perfect of a fit as you could possibly expect. if i cared, i could spend an hour or two to make it fit seemlessly and bolt it down. but it functions fine just sitting there.

cheap on ebay and large storage compartment. doesnt look out of place at all.

 

anybody know if the crx armrest is the same as the hatch armrest?

 

The base of it is a little different but it should still fit.

does anybody know for a fact of the hatch and the crx armrests are different? i'm just curious.
