anyone help me with firing order on 98 2.7 v-6 acura legend
The firing order on honda/acura V6's is 1-4-2-5-3-6. Looking at the engine from the crankshaft pulley end, the left bank will be 1-2-3 from front to back, the right bank will be 4-5-6.

He is right about the firing order of the engine it is infact 1-4-2-5-3-6, but he confused the legend for the 2nd gen which has the engine set up like a rwd car rather than the typical fwd setup. The 2.7L was only available in the first gen legends so your cylinder count looks like this:

I wasn't confused, I think you misunderstood me. If you're standing at the pass. fender facing the crank pulley, the bank on your left closest to the firewall is 1-2-3 and the bank on your right closest to the rad. is 4-5-6.
