Is there a Diff between JDM ITR & USDM ITR Cams?
if i reamber right the jdm itr cams have 243 and the yes cams have 240 duration unless its 00 and new usdm itr cams then there the same. if i am wrong sorry.

keep your eyes peeled for 00-01 ITR cams, there the same thing.

Thanks for the info, they have the same specs, but do they look the same too? I really just want to run the intake cam, will I really benefit a whole bunch from both?

Yes, they look the same. some people like running the type r intake cam with a gsr exhaust cam. imo- your better off jus running both CTR cams. btw- yes they will sell typr r cams from the dealer, but if you wanna buy them new, then jus order them from RoBear Racing.com they are 600$ shipped.

those usdm type r cams are pricey. Buddy of mine here bought them for 700CAD which is like 600 your money.
but that was last fall maybe they give dicounts? good luck
