Looking for an F23 or H23 turbo manifold

Looking for an F23 or H23 turbo manifold. what is the difference between the 2. i think they are the same, but i have heard different?

The upper sections of the intake manifolds can be swapped, as can the throttle bodies. The lower section of the intake manifolds are different.
