motor identification

Default motor identification

how do u identify what kind of honda motor it is i know thetiming belt cover has it but where can i find the stamp?

The timing belt cover has it? dont know about that but just look at where the engine meets the tranny and you'll see the stamp..

my timing belt cover has it but its a sticker. its not engraved or anything here is a pic



but most likely this is ripped out or worn away, just check where the motor meets the tranny.
