Default skunk2 intake manifold and larger throttle body

i have the jdm b18c and what wondering what the stock throttle body size is and if you get good gains by adding the skunk2 intake manifold with tuning, curous because they make a pretty steep claim of like 20whp with there cams+intake manifold on the stock b18c

theres a local selling a skunk 2 intake manifold "pro-series" and jg 69mm throttle body for cheap to where i wouldnt really be spending money after selling my itr stuff, just wanna know if its worth buying and the hassle of the install

ive got
b18c
cf intake
jdm wrapped header
2.5" exhaust
skunk2 cam
skunk2 stage 1 camshafts
hondata s200
aem fpr
aem fuel rail
walbro255
msd complete ignition

think thats everything...its sitting at the shop right now because its getting re-tuned on tuesday next week, but might add these items before hand'

isnt the stock throttle body 68mm? is moving from 68 to the jg 69mm gonna yield any gains with the skunk2 manifold or same results with the stock throttle body+skunk2 im
