I have $13,000 to either buy a car and finish it, or do it from scratch, or just to buy something already done. Please show me what you've got. If I dont go with a rhd, I will prob build a rat rod from scratch with all new parts, so if you have something like that, let me see that too!

If you have a car thats just different, or exotic (compared to a civic!) you can show me as well. Thanks to everyone who posts, and shows me your stuff, I am at a little bit off a crossroads on what to do now. There are so many possabilities, from a k series, to all motor again, to turbo, to RWD, to RHD, I just want to much! I want to not regret the choice I finally make.
