Default tach

hey guys i have a autometer sport comp tach and its not reading right the rpms are way off dose any one know how to set the cyclinder number to 4 and the puls to 2

There should be a small switch on the back of the tachometer to make cylinder selection.

im not sure about a switch, but i've installed many of them, and you have to cut one of the wires in the back of the tach
