Are these Racing Sparco NS-II's?

I have rims that look just like these ones, but i've never seen them before on h-t...
i was just wondering how rare these were... and how much i could sell them for.
mine are silver just like those and i have the 16"x?? rims with 205/45 r16 tires on them.
