I need some help. A friend of mine owns a crx with a zc dohc engine with adjustable cam gears, he want to knows what could be the perfect setting for them?. How many degrees on the intake and how many on the exhaust?. retard or advance?.

0 and 0. Get it tuned if your gonna play with cams, that's how you get more power.

stock engine? set them to zero - what kind of gears? ZC specific or B-series?
