Replacing CV shaft Question
Ok, so this next week I am going to finally get around to replacing my passenger side cv shaft. My question is this, if I am just pulling the passenger side cv shaft do I need to drain the transmission?
I was checking the helms manual, and it says if you are pulling the left cv shaft you don't have to drain the fluid. Now is that from facing the vehicle (passenger side would be left), or being behind the vehicle (drivers side would be left)? I would assume they mean the drivers side cv but I just wanted some clarification on that.
