Default Good price for B18 swap

I have a B18A bottom end, transmission, wireing harness and ecu. I have the hasport mounts and shift linkage. I have a few people that keep bugging me about selling this, what would be a fair selling price? There's no head included.

No head, complete swap otherwise, I'd say between 700-1000$ depending on KMS of engine. The fact that there is no head makes me think it was an LSVTEC, so it's been beaten on.
