Billions VFC

Anyone have one of these or install one ever before? Bought this a while back, a JDM fan controller basically. I wanted to install it and noticed everything is in Japenese. I can put the instructions online if someone can help me convert them. Its basically 5 wires and a temp sensor. Just not sure what goes where, i did my emanage so i know about wiring just not how to read japenese, ha. Thanks guys!
