Default Crx a/c systems, sanden or matsushita

Well currently my crx has no ac lines or compressor period, so I will need to install all this. This is where my debate comes.
I know the lines are routed different between the 2 systems, does anyone know which system would be more turbo friendly, im talking clearance issues here. Oh and this is also going to be on a b18 block if that even matters

From what I've been told, the Sanden systems are smaller, lighter, and can withstand R13 conversion better. See if you can get one of the super-lightweight JDM AC brackets...they're made from aluminum instead of cast iron.

On the JDM ITR B18s, the bracket that bolts the (optional?) AC to the block is lightweight aluminum. The ones on U.S. cars are cast iron boat anchors.

Its obscure thing, because most folks simply ditch A/C...but its worth a few pounds on the nose of the car.

well it's going on a b18 so stock ac bracket won't be used, do you know anything about how the lines route differently, and if it interfers with turbo clearance?

CLE;

To be more specific, I don't think the routing of the lines are different between the Sanden and Matsushita compressors.

However the connection at the compressors IS different and you, at a minimum, have to match the hoses that connect to the compressor to what compressor you run.

I'd highly recommend the Hasport EFAC mounting bracket! It's not cheap, but a solid solution regardless of which compressor you plan on using. (it can mount both styles of "original" compressors.

I understand the lines have to match the compressor, I was also planning to use the hasport bracket. So they are routed the same? Cool guess that's all I needed to know, im gonna go for sanden then. Thanks for the input guys.
