99 gsr cams into obd0 SIR head? that shouldnt be a problem right?

just so you know any Dohc Vtec cams will fit into any DOHC Vtec head with no problem only times you have to concern yourself is when you try using bigger cams with stock valvetrain and stock pistons

i know that they all fit...i have the stock valvetrain a buddy of mine is giving me all his type r head internals for free soo i think i may slap those in there im kinda on a budget with this stuff soo free jspec r cams springs retainers valves and such should be good because right now i have these gsr cams in my b16 and its nothing running right feels like its running on two cylinders bu the compression is good but the heads not getting oil maybe the oil pump? does anyone know how to check this?

how do you check to see if its the oil pump thats bad on my motor? do i have to take out the oil pressure switch and put a gauge in it and read the pressure? or could one of the lines be clogged?
