Things to do at 50,000 miles?

Things to do at 50,000 miles?
I have a Hayne's manual, and to be honest, I really havent gotten anything checked on my car. Should I get a regular tune up? Thanks guys, any suggestions are welcomed.

Valve adjustement if it hasnt been done already. Replace pvc tube. Compression test. And the other obvious things like oil, tires, brakes, and fluids.
