Default help please..

didn't get any help in the appearance forum..and I need some help..

I'm going to get some body work done on my hatch. PROBLEM: One side of my car has spots for clip moldings, the other is smooth..

I'm thinking I should just take my car to the shop, get some jdm thin clip moldings from password, and get them to put some holes in the other side so I can put the clip moldings on both sides..

(seems the best solution instead of filling in the clip holes, or the worse alternative, shaving the moldings altogether)

Would the clip moldings be the best way to go?

Thanks..
