Default H22A ecu question

I'm dropping an H22A into my accord this week and I'm trying to decide on the ecu. I'm either looking at a stock JDM P13 or a Chiped P28. If I got the P28 I'd probly run crome. Does anyone know if crome works well with a H22. Also does anyone know of any other cheap solutions. Thanks for all of the help.
