Not sure what to get, what do you guys recommend?

 

yeah i have the same question!!! i have a 91 honda accord with 17" rims coming in. what type of tuner lug to i need? acorn,............etc.... i know that i need size 12x1.5. i know that mcgards are very nice. dont' know much about gorilla but heard they were also nice. thanks!!!

 

I want to know too. I have the ones from the acura dealer but the key doesn't fit inside the rota wheel's holes. Do I need tuner lugs? I was thinking about the kyogen(sp) lugs but those are not really wheel locks. So, what does everyone use?

 

best bet is to use more than one. I'm gonna be using three

 

yupz i had more than 1 wheel lock (2 locks 2 tuner lugs that need a tuner wheel key)... and that thwarted a theft on my wheels while I was having lunch w/ my friend..couldnt have been more than 30 minutes.. and they managed to remove the 2 regular tuner lug nuts.. but couldnt/didnt have enuff time to remove the locks.. they decided to f*ck me over by taking the 2 lugs and leaving me stranded tho.. wtf..on another attempt.. a year ago... they chucked the lugs in my window and kicked dents all over my door panels and fenders cuz I had 1 wheel lock on and they couldnt get it off..

 

mcgard are by far the best. Gorilla rusts... plus factory locks are all mcgard, i have the tuner lugs with locks. Extra small and also different from reg. lug nuts, requires a special socket for all lugs and a key for the locks. http://www.mcgard.com i believe.

 

i have Kyokugen(sp.?) lugs w/locks..they were like $40.00 at a local shop around me
