Default Exhaust burn protector...?

I need to find something to put between my exhaust outlet and the bumper to protect the bumper from melting. Does anyone know what I can use/purchase?

iuno...id wanna use something that dispurses (sp?) heat...i think just plain sheetmetal, would heat up just as bad as the muffler and still melt the bumper

i think that could work for a while. it's just gonna be a heat shield that holds heat though. it won't cool down for quite a while. like duffm4n said, you'd want something that will dispurse the heat

search the f/i forum. there was some talk about it. cause our underhood temps get real high and sometimes burn hoods. my cf hood is turning yellow
