Default Engine cuts out at high revs! Plz help

ok so recently I put an h22 into my integra and got most the bugs fixed, but recently it's been having a problem where the engine randomly cuts out when it revs high, anywhere from 6300,7000. I'm using a p13 ecu, no CEL's except for egr, o and also when it cuts out the cel turns off then turns on when I drop the rpms to cruising, if that helps at all. Vtec engages fine, I can hear it and feel it. I recently replaced the coil in my dizzy with another used one, could it be failing on me? Also, I can't check my dizzy anymore cause I think the screw on the rotor is stripped, what do i do about that? so if anyone has an idea of why my engine randomly cuts out at high rpms let me know. Any input is appreciated!

Heh cool Bellingham is just a couple of miles from here. Yeah, so about the problem. I'm not sure bout the wet'dry thing cause it hasn't rained for a while and the problem is recent. Hmm I'll try to be a little more specific. It seams that it cuts off lower in 1st and second, and in 3rd sometimes itl rev all the way to redline and sometimes itl cut out at 7000 but in 1st and 2nd it always cuts out around 6300-7000. It justs abruptly stops reving, but recovers fine from it and doesn't bog down or die or anything, it's like it's hitting a revlimiter that's always changing. O and forgot to say itl rev to redline fine if I give it half throttle like in 1st, but then if I give it WOT it always hits this annoying rev limiter somewhere between 6300-700, it changes and it seams that I can rev higher in higher gears. Hope this clears things up somehow. Thanks for the help!

Hmm is there a way to test and see if it is the ignitor? Yeah and no CELs. And yeah the screw is very close to being stripped, I don't know how the heck it got to be so tightly in there. O and what is a buld? Thanks for the help. anymore help is greatly appreciated!
