Default supertech valves, retainers and springs

Does anyone know anything about supertech valvetrain, are they any good? do they last??

Well they are pretty much are the best valvetrain you can use. IMO.

they are pretty damn good valve train for the price. they are just about as good as the ferrea set

anyone know what they make the valves out of.. i see omni uses oem.. but i can't see how thoose would be helpfull in a advanced/high hp app when they where designed for 120hp civic engines

I'm pretty sure supertech's are nitrided stainless valves. Not sure of the grade though
