Default AEM CAI

I just put on my CAI and its great, this is a great mod for the money. Every one always used 2 tell me that it was the best bang for your buck and now i know why. It sounds great, and i can feel a greater pull at 4,500. I recommend this 2 whoever doesnt have one, dont go with other products..... AEM

nah, i dont, u can but it takes away horses, and i have that plastic peice that goes underneath the filter should deflect enough water, but i have been hearing u would have 2 submerge the filter. All u have 2 do is just drive carefully in rainy weather.. But if u r paranoid then just cut it in half and when it rains u can take the lower end off and make it a short ram, then when the weathers ok, u can make it into CAI....

15-20 whp you joking right? yeah i dont think that is possible and if it is possible only way it can happen is if the motor was fully built with the stock intake. or a fully built jrsc with a stock intake would only free up 15-20 whp. please say you were joking

price of premium gas?? isnt it only .20 more than regular? ok so that is .20 x 10g which is $2.00 more. NOT THAT MUCH MONEY. and it is only $2.00 more dollars a week. just breakin it down. well for me the 2.00 extra dollars is well worth it. d rather have a GSR than a LS (non-vtec) which only asks for regular unleaded. there is my .02 cents

I personally dont trust the gay spray. I've seen two of my friends blow their motors on it. I believe Nitrous should be the last add on to get more HP out of your motor when you've done everything else. Nitrous is for people who cant build engines, or dont know how. BTW, on my home track, my fastest stock time was a 15.3, I put on the AEM CAI, took off my power steering belt and muffler, and pulled a 14.76. I plan on at least a 14.5 at the same track I achieved my 15.1 stock time.

Gay spray huh?! Well at least it's not as ghetto as, stripping down your interior, taking out your damn power steering pump and removing the muffler at the track just to squeeze that extra bit of HP out of the car. I'd rather squeeze the "gay spray" than drive around town in a stripped down bucket that used to be an Integra.

Actually, Import Tuner did a test on a '98 GS-R and showed a gain of 13.9whp with nothing else on the car. So, he wasn't far off. Plus, since he has a ODB-1 GS-R, it will probably respond better to tuning. Check out integra.vtec.net and click on the car mag article link to read about it.

gay spray ?
if that wahat you want to call it? well ihave the gay spray and gutted interior , with no ac nor power steering. . . does that mean im in a gay bucket that used to be a type r . . .? if so i can still hand at least 90% of the people on this boards asses to them ., so i dont stress it too much .

ANYWAY.. I got my AEM CAI tonight and installed it.. took a lil more time than i thought it would because of the gay bypass **** we had to do.. but.. the change is VERY noticable.. I recomend it to anyone and everyone who has any type of integra.. It sounds sweet when vtec kicks in and the power def increased..

Gay spray? For people who can't or don't know how to build engines? You don't even know me, and don't know anything about me. I could be in the process of building a motor right now (I am) and you wouldn't even know it would you? So you ran a 15.3 stock, and a 14.7 with intake and unbolted exhaust. Whoopdee doo. Call me when you're in the 12's and I will say good job. Now let me ask you this: If someone spends twice as much as I do, but I am twice as fast, who's the smart one now????

Dubster is perenially on his N2O soapbox.

Naws is cool if you're interested in drag racing and only drag racing. All road racing and autocross sanctioning bodies that I know of make you take your bottle out of the car because it's a safety hazard if you crash into something.

Yeah, but with doing all that I still dont have to worry about blowing my engine as much as someone spraying. Besides, who said I drive around town like that. It takes ten minutes to put all that crap back in. And anyway, it worked didnt it?

ANYWAY hasnt anyone heard of a f*ckin opinion? Yes, I think NAWZ is gay You personally can use it all you want, I dont think people using it are gay, I never said that. I just call nitrous gay spray because I find it humerous and also because most of the people around her who use it dont know jack sh*t. You cant get angry at me for my opinions because I'm entitled to believe what I want.
