Suspenion for ek
depends on what you have in plan for it. if you just want it lowered with good struts and good springs i bought some tokico hp blue struts off of http://www.tcautotrend.com for $250 (the cheapest place ive found) for an EK and some kazera sport springs off of http://www.tirerack.com for $100 clearanced and i love the setup i was really impressed with how the springs rode for never hearing of the springs before they ride really nice not to soft and not to stiff but i by no means have a track car nore will it be one so i have no need for a $1000 coilover kit the springs lowered it just about 2 inches and it is a really even drop with the rear looking even with the front not higher

Get some Tein Basics, they are good and stiff and adjustable. You might pay a bit more, but they are really good, I think. Also some tokico with Ground Controls isnt a bad setup either... But then again its your money
seekonk mass! right down the road from me.
only want to spend $1500 or $150? 1500 is a nice big budget definitely could get some great stuff with that.

1.) KYB AGX's (great for daily driving and occasional Road Racing)
2.) Neuspeed Race springs (I like the spring rates...they lower the car a lot though)
3.) Suspension Techniques front and rear swaybars (Cheap from Summitracing.com, work very well)
4.) SRR or Megan Racing rear LCAs (they have new bushings and it'll make life easier)
5.) Alignment
This should put you well under $1500 and your car will handle beautifully.

we should chill, its mad tough around here, i want good **** tho and i want it to perform better, so wahts better coil overs or shocks and springs
'better' is a tough word
shocks and springs if you want to buy em, install them and leave them be.
coilovers if you want the option of changing your ride height and such. good if you race your car at the track once and a while.
