Default s2k hardtop question

im looking into buying an s2000 but i want it in hardtop. i cant seem to find any in hardtop so is it possible to convert the soft top to hardtop? like buy the hard top from the dealer or something? anyone know how much they go for?

convert? all you have to do is fold down the soft top and hard top go over it ...

you looking for OEM or Mugen?

honda sells for $3g's i think with oem paint and all...after market is a lil cheaper but u need to have it painted....so pick ur poisen


wouldnt it be better to take out the vert top to remove some useless weight during hardtop use?

that is my intention..... but I heard reinstalling the soft top is a major PITA.

depends.

since there hot right now, people blow the prices out of the water.

On a lighter note, i heard that Honda found a new manufacturer of there tops sooo they might be here sooner than we think.

thet take 48 hours max to come in at my work (Pacific Honda)
dealer cost is $2350 but retail is srp $3249

My car is as they say on S2k "hardcore hardtop".
