Installing JDM sidemarkers?

Default Installing JDM sidemarkers?

i recently bought a set of JDM stanley sidemarkers.i have other brands before the kind that just screw in and the lens pops off.but these are better in my personal opion.i have agood idea on how to put them on but not sure about everything.any advice would help out.they are the kind that pop into the fender.like you have to cut a big hole and maybe a small slit for the other side?not sure though.any advice will help thanks!

you can use a dremel with a diamond bit to cut your fender.

what you need to do is to measure the size of the sidemarker EXACTLY
its the pop in kind so if you cut it too big your gonna have to compensate with black tape wrapping around the side marker.

...and put a nice big layer of masking tape on your fender...that'll keep the paint from chippin when you cut.

i used a air dremel like tool with a disc to cut it i made a stencil outa illustration board first and then went to work i then used a file to get it perfect

i have a dremel.and i am not sure about what a "diamond bit" is exactly?but i will proably be putting them in pretty soon.my friend just got a set of new fenders and gave me his old ones,which already had holes for the cheaper sidemarkers(one small round hole)so i already have a hole started.wish me luck,i will be attemping this proably tomorrow before i go to the track.hope it works out for the best! thank you for all the advice i got. Ya'll have help me out with quite a bit of stiff.
