Where to buy 3mm wheel spacers in Houston?

Where to buy 3mm wheel spacers in Houston?
I here some people can get the 3mm spacers for about $5-$8 dollars each from wheel shops. I know I can go online and find some but I was hoping someone would know or recommend a local place in the Houston area to save time, shipping costs and a lot of phone calls.
I want to see if I can avoid grinding down my ITR calipers so that's why I'm asking.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
