May not be a fair comparison since he lives in Lisbon Portugal.

As long as the part numbers on the boxes are the same you should be fine.

No problem with the pistons, i bought them from Darkteg, theyīre the real CTR pistons, he bought them from JDMhondaparts with rings and pins.

Iīll pay to my Toyota dealer $450 for the install plus new 16 valve seals, and a lot of OEM material for the block and head, OEM parts will coast $250 plus the pistons.
Thereīs a lot of work there, about 16 hours.

Can someone explain me what means HF1 and HF2, does it means any install method ?

Thanks,

Pinota

Thanks,

Pinota

Why don't you pull out a dail caliper or even a ruler and messure the 2 pistons and see if there is a difference.

Probably the same reason why B16A heads are randomly labeled PR3-1234

Funny!
I don't think that's what they wanted to hear.

I hear there's a lot of "stuff" growing wild around the Misawa Air Base!
Yeah, ... been a long day.

Where is this Misawa Air Base

I still think your best bet is to messure the bastards... or just install them and see what happens

There is no order, but it would help to have them balanced after they are pressed on the rods before you have everything installed.

Better to have the rods and pistons balanced separately than together.
