Fitment question about seatbelts from 92-95 civics

Hey there, i tried searching this and couldn't find anything so here's my question.

Will coupe rear seatbelts fit correctly into a 4 door?

what part of it? the lower part, or the actual seatbelt mechanism? center portion should fit fine

the whole mechanism because it is completely gone in my 4 dr.
